Caroline Kella works with ArcelorMittal USA as an R&D Engineer since 2023, working with the design and manufacturing departments at OEMs and suppliers performing engineering studies and simulations on vehicle body structures and parts to help OEMs develop efficient steel solutions. Caroline graduated with a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan, Dearborn in December 2022 and  has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, Gainesville.
