Madhu Jampala has over 15+ years of experience in engineering, with key roles at General Motors, Stellantis, and currently as Director of Engineering at Detroit Engineered Products. His expertise lies in optimization and advanced CAE methods, where he has led multidisciplinary teams to drive innovations in vehicle performance, mass reduction, and safety.

At GM and Stellantis, he focused on optimization strategies during early-stage concept development. Now, at DEP, he leads projects in crash analysis, NVH optimization, electric powertrain integration, and MBSE. He is also passionate about AI/ML and automation in engineering workflows and developing cutting-edge methods for electric vehicle systems.
