Sebastian Busch currently serves as a Product Development Manager at ArcelorMittal Tailored Blanks North America, where he leads the development of advanced lightweight steel solutions for automotive body structures. Before joining ArcelorMittal, he spent more than 14 years at Mubea in engineering and leadership roles focused on body structures, closures, seating structures, and induction hardening process development across Europe and North America. Sebastian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Siegen.
